My Ex tried to do this! 🤣 he couldn’t even help me with our sons diapers and food! Like of course I’m gonna get you on child support because even when we were “together” you couldn’t help me hahaha now he barely come around to see his son 🤷🏻♀

Just because you take them to court doesn't mean they will pay either. My bd hasn't made a payment in a year and I will never see the money and no one will do anything.

Agreed to be 50/50 and when I didn’t get it I said okay $200 (1 week of PART TIME daycare and $80 for incidentals) got a very disrespectful NO, judge demanded $500/month 🥰

yet my baby daddy refuses to work and now CAN'T get a job with his record and the courts only asked him to pay $104 a month for two kids and he won't even pay that. I've gotten 3 payments in two years. VA is bullshit.
