I was worried about Xing Xing while watching this video, but before jumping to conclusions, I did some research. It turns out that if a monkey knows where shelter is and chooses to stay in the rain, it's likely they're okay with it or even enjoying it. The background music might be misleading, giving the impression Xing Xing's being neglected or something. I'm glad I looked into it. As long as Xing Xing's happy and enjoying the rain, I'm happy! I'm sure she knows grandma's there for shelter if she needs it. The background music's throwing me off, though – it's giving a totally different vibe. Maybe change it up for the next vid.

I know everyone thinks she looks sad, but she loves to be out in the rain. She loves to be in water. That’s why she goes up and sits in grandma sink and she loves for grandma to get her bathed in that sink. She seems to have an obsession with water.
