@jennyjfitness: Here’s what a typical run to Costco looks like as a fitness trainer & health coach that focuses on Whole Foods + a high protein diet. I’m not one to get a lot of processed foods as you can tell by my cart. My goal is simple: eat as close to real, whole, and unprocessed most of the time. When your diet is 80-90% whole, you don’t have to really worry about “portion control” because what you eat is naturally filling.
