The right never goes after their own media people, no matter how awful they are. Meanwhile, the left has had messaging issues for ages. We tear down anyone who gets remotely popular. Look at the whole Hasan dog thing. Right-wing outlets are pushing it everywhere. You can have your own opinion, but it’s obvious BS drama. The problem is that we on the left always fall for it. We rush to cancel our own allies while the right rallies around theirs, and that’s why we’re so weak in media. Sure, accountability matters, but real progress comes from rehabilitation and good politics. Something the right just doesn’t seem to care about.
