As someone who uses an e-collar (shock collar), I can confirm that it is one. Yes, there’s also an AirTag on the same collar — you can absolutely have both. However, the way he used the e-collar was punitive, set at a high level, and completely unfair, especially just for her getting up from her bed. To be clear, I have no issue with the proper use of an e-collar, but the way he applied it was unjustified. The little flashing green light simply indicates that the collar is on and the battery is charged.
