The volume increased by 8% compared to 2023 mainly due to the introduction of the Yang Wang U8, BYD's flagship SUV. It actually outsold all of its rivals from the West and became the most favorite one thanks to the strong demand in China. In contrast, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS, Bentley Bentayga, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan saw big drops. They are aged models that have to face the increasing competition of their sport luxury counterparts (Ferrari Purosangue?).
