thank you for the reply! Both of the doctors I work for are men. The lead doctor, aka the one who calls the shots about who can go home, has an old school “suck it up” mentality. It’s been so hard to continue on like everything is normal when I feel like im dying inside

I've done it twice. Once while doing my job and covering for 2 other absent employees while passing a kidney stone as well. Worst pain ever. I could not even walk upright.

Thank you for talking about this. Not actively but still have to return to work when your body still thinks it’s pregnant. Two days of bereavement which was the “kind” thing is still not enough.
