Season with salt to taste and black pepper. Cook on medium low heat until sauce thickens  Make garlic butter compound by mixing softened butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl add some salt and mix well to combine. Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and spread 2-3 tbsp garlic butter compound on it. Add the Alfredo sauce. Add mozzarella cheese and top it with slices chicken . Lastly add more Alfredo sauce on top and some parsley. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 min or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted and golden.
