There is difference between when the avoidant blocks you as supposed to when the anxious blocks you . The avoidant blocks for self protection and the anxious blocks does for self healing. I think it’s more final when the anxious blocks , because their intent is for different more mature reasons .

Blocked me on IG, Twitter, Threads, and Tumblr. Left Facebook and messenger open. Ignores my messages, so I stopped trying. She still watches my stories and is usually one of the first to view. 6.5 year relationship. Own a home together, have a pet dog, moved across the country with her because she wanted to be near her family. She went to work one day and texted she wasn't coming home, and is staying with her sister. That was 5 months ago. She's barely spoken to me since. Our 7 year anniversary would have been last weekend.

She has blocked me everywhere, we used to go to same gym,, for two months I stopped going to the same gym and went on radio silence. My question from tomorrow I planning to return to the same gym. Deep down I want reconciliation, will my return spike her nervous system. I plan not to chase just be in her orbit, she always present not to see I don’t try to engage either.
