The main eye witness is the guy in the gold truck.He was in front of her.I don't think the other witnesses in the other video could see what happened.Kyren passed them up.The gold truck is the only one that was up close and said she caused it.They told the cop it was the green charger the girl heard what they said and agreed with them.She knew what she did,but does not want charges on herself.
