And this is why I kept my signed furlough notice that actually has the line in there, siding the federal law guaranteeing backpay. And it is signed by the organization and me.

Furloughed workers should be given the opportunity to use sick and/or annual leave if they want to in the amount they want to be paid for up to time missed. They should be able to borrow leave if they don’t have enough.

Fed employees signed paperwork o/a 1Oct25 and in there it states that Fed Employees will get back pay. Not sure how they can come back and say we don’t get paid
