If you don’t use color shampoo for your fresh hair, cour and warm, you’re meant to wear use cold water not warm to the cour will not stay in your hair for awhile. It will fade with a quickly if you don’t use cold water and color shampoo.

I start with Luke warm water shampoo with a color shampoo rinse with Luke warm and then rinse with ice cold till the water is almost completely clear(it’s never 100%) and then I use a color conditioner or any comfy hat adds back moisture 🤷♀
