Even if you are already enrolled in the VA healthcare system, if you go to get treatment depending on what other healthcare options you have do community care can come back with their liaison and pay your bill. That’s what happened for me in my state. I wish the best for you Don’t quit and give up. Keep trying to play the game so you can get the treatment you deserve.
