I got a 2011 gmc sierra 2500hd 6.6l with the 6 speed Allison Transmission. My transmission over heated at 250 degrees hauling camper so took it to shop. Transmission guy said pan looked good no metal did a service and still overheated on him hauling trailer on 70-80 degree day. He checked temperature of lines and recommended replacing radiator and not the transmission intercooler. I took radiator to get rodded out and cleaned and radiator place said there was nothing at all came out in radiator. So put radiator back in and still getting warm. 210 on a 64 degree night not hauling nothing could still be climbing if kept driving. I took coil cleaner to inter cooler inside and out and trans oil from cooler had no metal or anything that came out. Idk what else to check. Transmission guy said not slipping and doesn’t drive bad at all but getting warm still any thoughts?

I love to to get Ford 7.3 gas, but that 10 speed keeps me from getting it. Got a 2023 6.7 F550 service truck with it and I'm not impressed with it
