@jaygurlymon: Trying out Creo Chocolate’s truffles! Vietnamese Iced Coffee- Vietnamese coffee/sweet milk and a dark chocolate center, capped with white chocolate in a marbled shell . The coffee flavor was very subtle, but it still tasted like a Vietnamese iced coffee for sure! Candy Cap Mushroom- Candy cap infused ganache, (an earthy maple flavor), enrobed in dark chocolate. I love the texture and flavor of this ganache and how balanced it was as far as sweetness. It wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too dark either just right! I look forward to trying the rest of my assortment, these are both great flavors, but I would pick the candy cap mushroom over the Vietnamese coffee out of the two!
