I had a full hysterectomy 11 yrs ago. I do not take any estrogen or any kind of medication. I have menopause belly. Will this help. I'm an active person and nothing is working and I refuse to take any meds. thanks

I’ve never heard anyone say to dilute it, but it makes sense I guess. My Scottish grandmother who raised me and Brooklyn put vinegar on everything. Apple cider vinegar, malt vinegar, and white vinegar and honest to God I couldn’t get enough of it growing up. I’m almost 59 now though, but I could still probably chug that bottle and have no problem.😂
