This is a perfect example of problems with “young”(teens and early 20’s) moms. They can be pretty selfish which is normal for that age EXCEPT when a child comes into the picture. They don’t understand that part of parenting is sometimes sacrificing certain moments like this. Say what you will but mature, older mothers would let the kid win because they pass through those selfish stage.
