Full recipe and how to below!  🧁 1/2 cup vegetable oil  3/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs (room temp)  1 1/4 cups GF 1:1 flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup oat milk (room temp)  1 3/4 tsp baking powder 2 tsp @singingdogvanilla vanilla bean paste Combine oil and eggs in mixer. Next add eggs and mix for 1 minute. Slowly add all remaining ingredients and mix on medium for 1 minute until fully combined making sure to scrape down the sides and the bottom.  Bake on 350 for 13-16 minutes.  Frosting  1 stick DF butter  3 cups powdered sugar  1 tsp @singingdogvanilla vanilla bean paste  3-4 tbsp of DF heavy cream OR 2 tbsp DF milk.  Cream butter and paste in mixer until smooth. Next add your sugar and cream alternating 1 cup/1tbsp at a time, blending slowly after each addition. Once all is added, mix on medium high for about 2 minutes. Separate into 2, and add food coloring.  Once cupcakes are cooled, frost with frosting using a piping bag and a circle tip or just cut the tip off of a bag. Line a tray with wax paper. Gently press cupcakes with icing frosting side down. Freeze for 15 minutes. Remove, then frost using a petal tip in the shape of a tree. Use a GF pretzel stick for the stem of the tree. Add your choice of sprinkles to the tree immediately. Enjoy!  (I used red food coloring in the first bag for the base, then green food coloring in the second bag for the tree.
