Dont eat beef meat & tomatoes & spicy food + Dont be nervous. i have eczema too .

Thank you for sharing your story 🤗 I have psoriasis for over 1/2 my life now and I never wear black either unless it's a funeral 😥 people don't understand the challenges or pain this causes. Sending hugs and love to you 🥰
