To be clear: this card is Shirahoshi before she met Luffy and before he changed her life. That’s shown via Luffy reaching out for her on the left side with the cup. The Four of Cups are about stagnation, apathy, being discouraged and unmotivated. I think this kind of fit Shirahoshi for most of her live before Luffy, thanks to her disconnect to the outside world, because she was locked in her room for so long. Part of the card is also to turn attention and energy internally to realign yourself with a new phase of life. This can also fit Shirahoshi since she is not active in the story yet, but will be very important in the near future, since she is Poseidon.
