As an RBT, I love watching your videos! It’s so educational! I love how you talk through every detail, and you keep a positive attitude! Being able to learn not only from your son, but from you as well as a parent is so helpful! Moments like this can be rare, but it also helps show that the hard work is paying off. Bad days are going to happen and it can feel like nothing is working… but then you get days like this and it make every bad day worth it. As a random stranger on the internet lol, I am so proud of you! Keep your head up!

Love this!!! I never thought about it before, but it’s possible the porch is more of a transition area for him and might be hard to wait there. The bus picks him up at the end of the driveway, so he associates the driveway with the bus and the porch with going back inside possibly? Who knows, I’m just brainstorming. I love that he found his words to tell you, great progress 💗
