Finally! I'm so glad someone with a platform is calling this out because it's exactly what I've been saying for years. V5 in Chicago has never been about the community. They are notorious for profiting from the Latino community and using our culture for their own gain, but when it comes time to actually show up and support us, they are nowhere to be found.
