The issue of partial contact is common with the new felicity controllers because of the way it is designed to house a bigger cable diameters. Always fold your cable to fill up the ports before screwing up 💯💯💯💯

It’s not quack engineers! but the charge controller itself! The newer Felicity controllers are built with wider terminals to support heavy-duty cables. If you’re using smaller sizes, make sure the ends are properly packed before tightening that’s the key to avoiding loose contact. 👍⚡

It's not the fault of the installer. It's the charge controller. This new felicity charge controller has lots of issues. If it were the fault of the installer the wire would burn not the rubber around the controller.
