Recipe!!! 🥧 To make 1 pie: 2 Eggs 398 mL Pure Pumpkin 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp Salt 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk 1 Pie Shell Best eggs in medium bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and beat til smooth. Blend in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 450F for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350F and continue baking for 30-35 more minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre comes clean. Cool before serving.
