I said yes to a male student for exam once and it was just awful . also, my colposcopy was humiliating and it did make me cramp for a good 2 hours once it started and I spotted for 24hr. the humiliation and nerves was the absolute worst part for me . thank you for recording this ! women are treated so differently than men

It’s disgusting that women are expected to have BIOPSIES of their cervix with no pain management. DISGUSTING. Men would be sedated and given massive amounts of pain meds for a biopsy of their literally ANYTHING. It makes me so mad

I will NEVER do a Colposcopy ever again. I have a high pain tolerance and I scream so loud and cried for days. The no sympathy was the worse. They are literally hole punching your insides!!!

Okay my doctor explained to me that injecting the cervix with pain medication would be just as painful and just as my pokes as the colposcopy which did make sense so I moved forward without it
