So heyyy.. Make sure you flip the mattress on its side when it’s not in use. The bottom will MOLD🦠 faster than you’d ever believe. Signed- learned the hard way🫣

Pediatric ICU nurse here. Please make sure there is no crevice between the bed and gate/ ability for mattress to easily be moved. I’ve taken care of an awful suffocation cases due to getting trapped between the mattress 😞

if that isn’t a crib mattress there is a risk of rebreathing/suffocation d3@th in air pockets. adult mattresses are not suited for babies
