with all the things that are going on in the world I would carry 1 or 2 tourniquets on your vest. I know you all carry them in your med kits in your cars but having at least one on you helps big time

Tac vest. Uniform carrier is probably more comfortable but wearing a plate carrier isn’t terrible for 12+hour shifts. I always wonder why regular departments go for plate carriers not soft armor uniform carriers for non specialized units though

why they get you a plate carrier for soft armor? a carrier like your old one but with molle webbing would probably be more convenient. id personally prefer to buy my own quality equipment instead of the cheap issued gear.

More room?! Sheesh..pistol, dbl cuff & single cuff case, radio pouch, flashlight holder double mag case..all i carried ona duty belt..expandable batons r useless..bent two ina fight and never used em again..brjng back the PR 24!!
