I saw a cloud that just stayed motionless for about an hour while all others were drifting and changing shape. Tha 1 cloud did not change or move. I looked away for few minutes and it was gone

I think a form of invisibility (at least to the human eye) seems more technologically aligned with a higher intelligent species than cloaking. Cloaking seems somewhat primitive, a human tech. Humans don’t typically see uap’s arrive and park, clouds don’t fly in from space, they were obviously invisible getting from point a to b, why then turn into a cloud vs just staying invisible?
