pouring cream is fresh cream. heavy whipping cream is basically double cream. just put full cream milk in you coffee man 😫

So I just came back from the states and I think the main difference is just that we just usually use milk in coffee/tea, not creamer…so that’s why the South Africans are confused 😂

you can byy pouring cream at Checkers too. There is a fresh version (Fair Cape) in the fridges and a longlife version called dessert cream (First Choice brand) on the shelves with the baking stuff. I use it when I make sauces. it's not as rich as normal cream.
