Once they come out of the oven, chop finely so it can be a salad topping. Next, prepare the dressing. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, then set aside. After that, move on to the steak. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with the seasonings listed above. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil. Once the pan is HOT, add the steak. Let cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes, then flip to the other side and let cook for 3-4 minutes more. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes, before cutting into cubes. Finally, prepare the salad. In a large bowl, add the romaine, beans, corn, pickled onions, tomatoes, avocado and cheese. Add steak on top, followed by the crispy onion ring pieces. Pour dressing on top, toss and enjoy right away.
