well if Im shoulders deep in engine oil fixing something I would not text back untill my hands are clean. have my phone in pocket I hear when I get texts or something but Im not checking it after each ping... not worth either way.

Found this out with my ex. After messaging for months getting instant replies,then suddenly she can’t reply. With phone and watch connected yes she was with her ex making their getaway plan.

I hardly ever text back when I’m at work.. nursing in the community, if I’m not with a patient then I’m driving to my next. It’s about being secure with yourself knowing the other person will reply when they can… if you don’t hear from them ALL day, then I agree.. but 1-2 hours is nothing
