A mom was pulled from her car while she was waiting in line to pick her kids up from school. It was about 1.2 miles from my house in the west loop which is one of the most affluent areas in Chicago. So, I hope people don’t think that this is only happening in specific neighborhoods. It’s all over Chicago.
