That I started,I've become emotionally detached as of this morning, but I feel I'm going to struggle to keep it up because I always put 100% in to my job but the more I put in the worse I'm treated,I work on commission so my wage ends up being as good as I work, but now it's got me so down and miserable that I don't care about my commission,I'm wanting to start my own buisness but don't know where to start and it kind of scares me that it won't work
