You can also pour broth over the rice and enjoy it hitsumabushi-style as the perfect finish! The Ozeki Hitsumabushi is big enough to share among several people, but they also offer standard single-portion unaju. Normally this level of high-quality eel would cost around ¥6,000, but thanks to their “shared space” operation, you can enjoy it for about half the price.
