$60 a month but the process of moving is very expensive. you need to pay so much just to get in the apartment, then japanese apartments don't come with any appliances usually so you have to go buy a fridge, microwave, etc.

is there anything that justifies such a low price ? i know in my country there's a town that was about to fall apart cause everything was abandoned and the government decided to put every house on sale for one euro if you engaged yourself in renovating the house entirely but that's about it 😭
