Why order in when you can fake it at home? 😉 These Greek chicken gyros are the ultimate fakeaway. Juicy, spiced chicken, creamy yogurt sauce, all wrapped up in warm pita. Takeaway catfished you, fakeaway won’t.  For the Chicken: 600g chicken thigh fillets (approx 6 thighs) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons McCormick’s Greek seasoning 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon smoked paprika  For the Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons McCormick’s Greek seasoning ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) To Serve: 4 pita or flatbreads, warmed 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1 tomato, diced 1 cup rocket or shredded lettuce Cooked fries (optional but highly recommend)  Extra lemon wedges Extra fresh parsley  Method: 	1. Chill until ready to serve. 	3.	Heat a grill pan, BBQ, or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes each side until golden and cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice. 	4.	Assemble gyros by filling warm pita starting with sauce, greens, tomato, onion, chicken, chips and another generous drizzle of the yogurt sauce and parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
