I had to listen twice! But my issue is I am toned and carry a lot of muscle but I have a layer of fat over it. So calorie deficit and extra cardio? I’ve been plateaued for months

It's all about the macros💪I'm just not ready for that stage yet. I am in maintenance, counting calories, tracking, weighing my food and building muscle but, I won't build real muscle (meaning, unless I flex you can't see it)unless I eat strictly counting specific macro amounts at each meal. I'm happy with my progress but I'm not ready to be that strict. It's really like being an athlete.

I am 10kg heavier today than I was exactly one year ago, and my body has completely changed in that year after putting in work at the gym and the kitchen. I wish I stopped obsessing about the scales years ago.
