J next time put it in your oven after you shred it put you a little bit of bq sauce of your choice & cook it on 300 f for 25 mins covered with foil you will thank me later 🤪

I must be doing something wrong. Whether I use the oven or crockpot.. the pork shoulder usually is tough,etc. Only way it's pull apart is in the pressure cooker. 🤷🤷
