Is this map bugged? Ive played 5 times Manhattan and we never had the heli available, is it tied to a capture point or what? It shows it on the vehicle spawn list but never actually spawns.

I've always been good with helicopters on BF3 and BF4, but here I feel completely useless and I don't even know how to practise. I find it really confusing just trying to fly the helicopter straight
