LV is full of shit, I’ve had my speedy 30 repaired by LV and it cost me $1281. They don’t stand by their warranty without charging the customer, and my issue was a broken handle and they told me I had to change out all the leather.

Lady, stop saying to people who have real LVs that LV won’t work on dupes. Some of us actually own originals and we know how LV acts. Not buying a single thing from them and selling all 5 of pieces I own and bought here in Europe.

Honestly any LVMH brand I have found stands by their product… I have brought a lot of heirloom pieces that was handed down to me from ghe 70’s to 90’s for repair and LV always takes them in and repairs/replaces the item if deemed faulty… personally speaking, LV does have its faults, but their after care services are honestly top notch

okay questions… 1. what store did you go to or was this online; 2. did you get your personal sales associate to file the request (do you have a good shopping history before requesting repair); 3. was the bag authenticated and came with papers when you purchased secondhand that LV accepted as provenance? All of these are very crucial to the LV experience…

They don’t stand their products. I have a artsy that was 1.5 old at the time and it started peeling. LV said the couldn’t do anything about it. The bag was expensive for them to say o well for you.

Actually they don’t stand by all of their products. I have a Vintage LV I had since I was 14 or so. Needed repair nothing major and they told me they couldn’t help me. I had to send it somewhere else 🤷🏼♀
