e sino nalang papalit samin pag nag retire kami mga nurses? Yung admin? Yung Janitor sa 4th floor? Si Kuya Guard sa exit gate?? Malamang yung mga student nurse. Lahat ng "expert" nurses na nakikita niyo dumaan din yan sa pagiging INTERN. Kahit doctor, medtech at ibang hcw dumaan sa pagiging intern para humasa ang skills at maging expert din 😩✨

sa pelepens lang talaga yung ganyan kasi dito sa AU lahat ng patients ko during my ojt sobrang willing nila na kami SN mag med rounds, do injections sa kanila. They even say "we're happy that the young ones are still willing to learn how to take care of others." Kakaiba talaga mindset ng mga pinoy.

everyone let's look on both sides, ilagay niyo po ang position ni mommy sainyo. meron po siyang nasabi na mali pero over naman po kayo sa pinagsasabi sakanya. FIRST OF ALL mali po talaga na sinabi ni mommy na parang pinag pra-practican lang ng mga interns ang baby niya pero po kung kayo po ang nasa lugar niya kahit po ba na napag aralan niyo na ho iyan kung ilang beses niyo na po tinutusukan at hindi pa rin mahanap ang ugat o kung ano man ay mag mumukang pinag pra-practican niyo talaga. as a student nurse myself I find it very sad na ang ibang take po ninyo dito ay kung ano na pinagsasabi niyo. sa susunod din po kung alam niyo po sa sarili niyo na hindi niyo talaga kaya ay maghanap ng marunong para hindi na po magka conflict.

For me valid reaction yung sa mother kasi first time mom ata siya however the way she deliver the point of her post is kinda in the bad way for us who's novice palang. Let's just educate and avoid saying hurtful things to the Mom nadin kasi andami kong nababasa ganon. Health education is our tool guys laban lang us student nurses!

It's actually not called practice more of Implementation of what we have learned as Nursing Students, This is why we have Return Demonstrations and that's the only time we can practice, So that In actual hospital setting for our Clinical Duties there are no room for mistakes and Gurantee the Safety of our Patient.

Noong nasa labor room ako sa public hospital may mga student nurses doon, dahil nga bawal ang companion sa loob, sila ang naging support system ko, they help me na malessen ang sakit ng labor, they cheered me up habang nag lalabor. Student nurses are still learning, pero paano sila matututo kung hindi nila masusubukan sa tao ang pinag aaralan nila?

Hindi nila alam na lahat ng nasa healthcare sarili muna, kaibigan, mga classmates pati pamilya ang kanilang pinagpra-praktisan bago sila isabak sa hospital internship. Alam namin ang pakiramdam kaya bakit namin ipapahamak mga pasyente namin.

when I was a baby before, my mother told me some nurse injected me via intramuscular injection, later on the injected area grew and became a cyst or somethin, then I was operated leaving a permament huge scar on my arm( like a chunk was taken ). The nurse wasn't sued because I think the nurse was still in training.

I mean, knowledge and skills should be learned in the field. Technique follows. Patients and patient’s relative must learned how to trust newbies coz there’s no such things as expert without novice.
