@drmindypelz: If you’ve been doing everything right - eating clean, fasting, exercising - and still can’t lose weight, it’s time to look at your sleep. Poor or insufficient sleep throws your entire hormonal system off balance. When you don’t rest deeply, cortisol (your stress hormone) stays high, insulin becomes less sensitive, and hunger hormones like ghrelin and leptin go haywire. The result? More cravings, slower metabolism, and stubborn weight that just won’t budge. Your body can’t heal or burn fat when it’s in survival mode. So before you add another workout or tighten your eating window, ask yourself - am I sleeping enough, and am I sleeping well? I’m trying to complete a 3 days fast for religious and medical reasons but would LOVE a to follow your guide/videos as I go along. Will you please post the next time you do a 3 days fast water fast? I just tried my first 3 day and only got halfway. I was so disappointed in myself.
