I made my little sister say the prayer with me since we shared a room 😞 thankfully she told my parents and they took me to therapy so I got diagnosed early!

So I’m unsure if I have OCD and I would never self diagnose but I’ve seen so many posts like this that I relate heavily to, but I used to have a checklist before bed where I would cross my fingers and say things like “a tornado will not take out my house while I’m sleeping” and I could not fall asleep until I went through every natural disaster. I still do this
