@beccaleebeauty: Part 2 of making banchan with me!🍚🇰🇷 1 Korean Radish 2-3 Small Sweet Onions 3-4 Jalapeños 1 C Dark Soy Sauce 1 1/2 C Vinegar 2/3 C Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 C Sugar 1. Chop all veggies to desired size and add to container. 2. Mix together all liquids and sugar, bring to a slight boil, then turn off heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. 3. Pour liquid over top veggies until they’re covered. 4. Let cool, put in fridge overnight, and enjoy! #koreanfood #Foodie #korean #banchan #koreanadoptee

I do that mixture and put in sliced jalapeños or whatever peppers I have on hand, just the peppers. This summer, we grew a bunch of spicy banana peppers, and I ate 9 quart sized jars of them lol they are SO good. I ate them on everything 😂
