@myhomeylife: A typical lunch meal for her! She loves her miso soup and rice, haha. Miso soup has really good nutrients so I’m glad she really enjoys it. For the most part, I think it’s the tofu because the texture is jelly like and she loves jelly lol but as always, she always finishes her meals and this time she wanted extra snacks on top of it. I do feel like she may be growing out of the allergies. I just don’t know how to really go about incorporating those ingredients into her meals because of the past reactions she’s had. It’s scary and a lot of pressure.
