Looks like a small patch of eczema. I get those too. I put a little of my prescription cream on it and gone in 1 to 2 days. I would bring it up to your doctor.

I was having the same issue. I saw on TikTok to buy this dalba first spray serum on @Amazon I spray it before as a primer and I spray it after as a setting spray it’s amazing. It’s completely changed the way my makeup sets and I no longer get creases. Highly recommend and the price is great.
