mentally much time by the sea brings depression, people get crazy, may begin to see things that aren't there, the lack of sweet water and fresh food is deadly, not to mention that it isn't cardio/pulmonary friendly. Two nights is enough. We are not fishes and that begins to be clear in the first 24 hours
