can strawberry pie filling be used instead of apples?

So correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t the Apple pie fillings typically quarter slices so they’re not chipped up so somebody’s gonna dip a biscoff cookie in there which that looks like it would probably be best and they’re gonna get a whole slice of an apple is that correct. If not, what do you recommend for the person to do? Cut the slices up into what size pieces or would you possibly recommend they put it in their mixer and beat it around a little bit. It looks delicious either way and I’m sitting here looking at a box of those biscoff cookies and I’m thinking delicious
