Agents who have always been transparent and honest are doing the best in this market. Two years ago I talked so many people out of buying, I was honest that I thought many market segments were overpriced. Those people don’t forget and call back.

In Canada Govt/Regulator/Boc/Banks didn’t make correction in the market they literally/Intentionally killed real estate market by keep ban on foreign buyer/stress test/high rate/no new lenders in the Mkt

Agents are withholding data because this is the only way they keep their relevance, they have access to MLS data much earlier than public to give them an advantage.. which is unfair.. AI will level the playing field very shortly.. real estate agents will be joining travel agents shortly.
