I was bothered by this at first glance. But after thinking back to everything she did, it made sense. she did horrible things, but because we were able to justify her actions as righteous we let them slide.

Her ending just didn't make sense for her story arc. Cersi going mad queen and being killed at her lovers hand just makes so much more sense. Even Dany's speech to John Snow sounded more like Cersi.

I say the same thing. I think “if” the books are ever completed this will not be her arc. I believe he went back and wrote the Targaryen line to prove that. The Targaryen’s were cocky and entitled. That was their undoing. Dany on the other hand lived as a commoner so she understood those things. I think she was the Princess that was promised the one that would be understanding. They ruined her in the show.

I wish they would have done the actual ages of all of these characters in the show that they are in the books cuz in the book she's like 12 when the story starts when Ned is killed he's in his mid fucking thirties
